OTP nonvolatile memory (NVM) IP in sizes from 8bits to 4Mbits for use in replacing Foundry eFuse, for trimming, calibration, register uses, code storage, configuration, feature enablement, security and authentication, encryption key storage/embedding, device/serial number identification, etc.
