Our Mission
At ChipStart, our mission is to be the leading value-added reseller of analog and digital semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) and best-in-class design tools used to accelerate the realization of system-on-a-chip (SoC) products. Put simply, to get our customers to market faster and more efficiently.
History
ChipStart's roots began in 1998 as a sales consulting
organization. With a new strategic direction, its head office was
moved to Palo
Alto, CA. In 2008, sales and support offices were opened in
Cambridge, MA, Toronto, ON, and Maidenhead, United Kingdom, to address the growing demands from its US- and European-based customers. Over this period, ChipStart has seen growth in its System-on-Chip design consulting and sales business and has continued to expand its skill set to offer additional services.
Recently, the company executed a successful broadening of its efforts to provide additional value to its customers and new markets, and supports Semiconductor Intellectual Property (SIP) and Engineering Design Automation (EDA) products from leading providers and developers. |
